Admissions Process

Applicants to Justice Fellowship International College-Online must meet the minimum requirements for consideration.

1. Be a graduate of an approved or accredited high school. The G.E.D. is also accepted in place of a high school diploma. Students may submit a copy of their diploma or request a transcript from their secondary school.

2. Complete an application. A $25.00 non refundable online application fee must accompany the application.

3. Request transcripts from any colleges and/or universities that you have attended. (Transcript Request Form)

4. All students are encouraged to submit:

  • A picture of yourself (ID card or Drivers License is acceptable)

  • A copy of Ministry License and Ordination Certificate

  • A copy of any additional diplomas, certificates, and/or certifications you have. (Please summit them in order)

  • Resume (click here to view a sample)

  • Military Experience

5. Mail your application and fee, a copy of your high school diploma or transcript and other information to Justice Fellowship International College. (Note: You can begin classes immediately while in the process of gathering this information. High school information must be received before degrees are issued.)

6. An acceptance letter will be mailed to your address indicating your degree level.

7. Pay quarterly tuition fee and begin classes. Tuition fees are listed on the degree program page.

  • After tuition is paid, you will receive your assignments via email in Adobe PDF format.  Assignments for each course consist of a reading assignment and a written assignment. Some assignments require an essay.

  • Submit your assignments as a Word document via email.

  • An instructor will grade your assignment and email your grade and comments about your assignment. 

  • You will receive one assignment at a time. Students will be given a recommended time frame for completion of assignments, but are encouraged to work at their own pace and/or convenience. 

8. After all assignments for your program are completed, your degree and transcript will be mailed to you.

9. You will be eligible to "walk" at the next Commencement Ceremony after completing your program.

Advanced Standing

If you wish to be considered for a program above the Certificate level, you must submit a written request of your qualifications. Please submit the information listed in the above section. The documents you submit will be evaluated to determine if you qualify for Advanced Standing. Decisions are made based on evaluation of the information that is submitted in your package. Students will be notified by email or mail if they qualify.

Those who qualify for Advanced Standing will be required to take the Introductory courses, JFC-101, 102, & 103 in the Certificate Program. Students will also be required to take a placement exam to access the proper entry level.  The cost for the Introductory courses and placement exam is $500.00. You will receive a $250.00 credit towards your degree after your placement exam has been evaluated. You will receive a grade report indicating your degree level of advanced standing.
