Dr. Bobby G. McAllister is the author, founder, and developer of the Bioditech Design, the Science of the 21st Century. Dr. McAllister conducted his studies in many colleges and universities including those of the United States Army. He has many years of active experience teaching, training, and educating spanning over thirty five years. From the time of his entering into the military in 1967 through current day, he has not stopped pursuing his individual development on his quest to gain an understanding of the debilitating state of man and to find an answer that would unravel and reverse this state for the benefit of all mankind.

The progressive development of his life includes twenty-two years in the U.S. Army retiring as a Command Sergeant Major, eighteen years as a full time pastor becoming the founder of Justice Fellowship International College that focuses on Life, Liberty, and Happiness without walls.

Apostle McAllister has successfully completed three careers and is now in his fourth as a Bioditechnomist. His experience, training, and gifting combined with his military, ministry, education, authorship, and business management backgrounds have enabled him and his apostolic team to develop a new wave of approach to education and life. It is called The Corporate Learning Design Model. This educational wave serves as the focus for the present transitioning into the foundation of the future promoting the Unity of One yielding Success for All.

Dr. McAllister holds an Associate degree from El Paso College (El Paso, Texas), a Bachelor's degree from Campbell University (Buies Creek, North Carolina), a Doctor of Theology from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary (Tampa, Florida), a Doctor of Philosophy of Religion from North Carolina College of Theology (Carolina Beach, North Carolina), a Doctor of Philosophy of Ministry from Justice Fellowship College of Theology (Jacksonville, North Carolina), and a Ph.D. M. B. (Ministry Bioditechnologist).

Dr. McAllister is married to the former, Dorothy Smith, who is involved in the ministry. She has steadfastly traveled with him in the ministry and throughout his military career. Dorothy's assistance and cooperation has made all of the above possible to endure. She was instrumental in the total success of this ministry and college. Dorothy serves and assists in all areas of Justice Fellowship International, Inc. Bobby has one daughter, Laquesha and one granddaughter, Shaniya Shariee. The hobby and game of choice is golf for relational building.
